Terms & Conditions of Park Use

 

1. Supervision & Responsibility

• All dogs remain the responsibility of their owner/handler at all times.
• Dogs must be kept on lead at all times unless inside a securely enclosed run with gates fully closed.
• Dogs must not be left unattended in any run.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are suitable for secure field hire.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

Samsons Dog Park accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from failure to supervise dogs, ensure dogs are appropriately restrained, or supervise children.

 

2. Vehicle & Parking Policy

• All vehicles must remain within the designated main car park area only.
• Upper runs are accessible by footpath only.
• No vehicles are permitted beyond the marked parking area under any circumstances.

The land surrounding the park beyond designated parking and enclosed runs is privately owned agricultural land and is not part of the dog park facility.

Any vehicle driven onto grass, fields, private land or non-designated areas is done so entirely at the owner’s risk.

Samsons Dog Park does not provide vehicle recovery services.

Damage caused to fields, fencing, access routes or surrounding land due to unauthorized vehicle access may result in refusal of future bookings and liability for repair costs.

 

3. Cleanliness & Respect for the Park

• All dog waste must be picked up and placed in the bins provided.
• All litter must be removed.
• Equipment (balls, bowls, etc.) must be returned after use.
• Runs must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Failure to follow park guidelines may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Use of Runs

• All bookings are for exclusive use of the run type hired during the allocated time slot.
• Users must vacate promptly at the end of their session.
• Users must ensure gates are closed and secured before allowing dogs off lead.

 

5. Weather & Ground Conditions

The park is an outdoor facility and ground conditions may vary due to weather. Users enter and use the park at their own risk.

We reserve the right to close runs or restrict access if ground conditions present a safety risk.

 

6. Liability

Samsons Dog Park shall not be held liable for:

• Injury to dogs, owners or third parties
• Loss or damage to vehicles or property
• Dogs escaping due to failure to secure gates
• Incidents arising from misuse of the facility

Use of the park constitutes acceptance of these terms.
